There are 2 things I want to mention regarding my order. First, I have not yet receive the refund you have promise to return. Second, I just received my items today BUT I had to pay CoD for the amount of 73.33. Please explain this, I know and understand exactly what CoD is, so please don't try to tell me something else instead.
