Hi, 

I was wondering when my order 20210605_NE4_0000128 may be shipped out, I ordered it over a month ago and notified you that the sold out item can be changed to the grey colour of it or removed from the order and the rest of the items shipped out. This was over a month ago and I have not been contacted, this hasn't happened before.
