I was wondering if my order will ever be shipped. The order id is 20150215_EE0_0000013. I know that one of the item on my order is currently out of stock, but to delay the rest of the shipment for more than a month is certainly absurd. I was planning on sending in another order over $200, but after this happened, I'm reconsidering whether it would be a good idea or not. Not only will I have to wait for the item to restock, but also for the actual shipping after the item restocks? I hope you understand my frustration and often times, if my order is delayed by a week maybe 2 weeks, it would be understandable but anymore than that is too much. In scenarios like this, it would be considered as good business practice to provide some sort of compensation and I don't mean free shipping on my next order because I get free shipping anyways on orders over $200. Most online retailers will give a full refund whenever the items take longer than 1 month but I'm still keen on receiving my items.
