Hi Jogunshop, It's been more than a week since I made a $200 order but the status still says "awaiting shipment". Approximately how long more would it take for it to come through? My order number is (20210411_TE5_0000081).
In addition, I was charged $60 for international shipping but I understand that no shipping fee is charged for orders over $200. Would it be possible for me to get a refund for this shipping cost, or get other items with a price equivalent to the shipping fee? Thank you! |
