Order cancelled. Why?

Hi, An item on my order got cancelled without any notification or reasoning behind it. I don't know why they cancelled my jacket (14359 Navy M). I really wanted it and I was really sad when I found out it got cancelled. The order number is 20151013_JE8_0000013. Can I get something in return for the inconvenience? I also wanted to remove 18364 from my order and add a few new items like: 16965 - Brown S(28) 13663 - Black S(31) 13663 - Navy S(31) 14061 - Brown M Thank you! Can you just cancel the whole order? I will make a new one with all the items I want.
