Order not shipped yet after more than 2 weeks

Hi, I've placed an order more than two weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped just yet. The status has been "sent standby" for a real long time and judging from the lack of invoice number, tracking and shipping confirmation, it's clear that my order has not been shipped yet.
